We strongly believe in sharing the joy of a confident smile. That's why we're excited to introduce our Refer a Friend promotion! When you refer a friend who starts their orthodontic treatment with us, you'll receive a $50 account credit or gift card as our way of saying “Thank You!”
This includes patients who have finished active treatment and/or paid off their account balance!

Here's how it works:
Refer a friend to our office who's considering orthodontic treatment.
We see them for their FREE new patient consultation.
If the patient begins treatment with braces or Invisalign®, they simply need to write your name and birthday on the “Referral” section of the new patient form. (The birthday helps us ensure that the credit is applied to the correct account!)
If you are a current patient, you’ll receive a $50 credit applied to your account balance!
If you have completed active treatment and/or have paid off your account balance, you will receive a $50 gift card!

Please allow up to 2 weeks after treatment begins for the promotion to be applied. Gift cards must be picked up in person in our Tuscaloosa office by the referring patient.
